Content may be uploaded to your GymParents.net site at anytime via your FTP Account. Materials will be available on the site immediately following the upload process.

Content which is considered by GymParents to be offensive, hatefull, violent, threatening or of an adult nature is not permitted on any site hosted by Gymparents.net. If such materials are discovered on a site, that site will be immediately suspended and may be deleted.

FTP Access to the site is provided to one representitive of the Parents Association. For security, this access may not be shared with anyone else. If additional access is required, Gymparents.net will supply additional FTP User Accounts. To ensure the security of your site, FTP access is monitored by IP Address and will be revoked if the security protocol mentioned above is not followed.

Parents Association Memberships last for one full year and are billed monthly. Memberships are not auto-renewed. Unpaid Memberships are canceled after 10 days. The site, along with all content, will be deleted 10 days after that. Deleted sites can be recovered from backup at a charge of $50.00 per site.
